I began by developing KANARINE's brand platform to clearly define its identity, personality, positioning, and differentiation in the highly competitive children's fashion market. With the brand and its storytelling established, I created a comprehensive press kit, distributed during the brand’s launch event. Committed to maintaining consistent communication across all platforms, the entrepreneur also entrusted me with writing her website content and product descriptions for her e-commerce platform.

I began by creating KANARINE's brand platform to clearly define the brand's identity, personality, positioning and differentiation in the highly competitive children's fashion market. With the brand and its storytelling defined, I then wrote a comprehensive press kit distributed at the brand's launch party. Brand platform

To successfully launch a brand and establish an effective marketing and communication strategy, it is essential to take the time to define its brand identity. A well-positioned brand with a clearly defined identity will be more easily recognized and embraced by its target audience.

KANARINE targets expectant mothers and young parents, as well as relatives looking to offer the very best for newborns. The brand’s message must both captivate and reassure this discerning audience. I began by establishing the brand's positioning through a comprehensive competitive analysis, ensuring its uniqueness was clearly communicated. Following this, I focused on the brand’s foundational concepts and identity (vision, mission, values, personality archetypes, tone of voice, tagline, manifesto, etc.) to ensure these elements could be effectively conveyed and consistently represented across the brand’s various communication platforms.

 

Press Kit

I had the pleasure of designing and creating the press kit for the launch of KANARINE, the first French luxury eco-responsible fashion brand for babies and children. Adhering to the brand identity we defined together and its graphic charter, I developed a clear plan and structure, wrote engaging and informative content, and selected impactful visuals. After finalizing the layout, the press kit was distributed to journalists to support the official launch of this baby and children’s brand and to invite them to explore its universe at an inaugural pop-up event. This strategic document successfully positioned the brand with impact and coherence in its market.

The baby and children’s fashion market is intensely competitive. Birth gifts and parent purchases are largely influenced by a strong brand image. For a new brand, effectively communicating its mission and unique identity is essential.

A good and efficient website goes beyond showcasing your products. E-commerce customers seek compelling storytelling about the brand, insights into its values, and a personal introduction to its founders. For KANARINE’s website, I designed strategic and engaging pages: a home page introducing the brand’s universe, an About Us page detailing its story and its founder’s journey, a Values & Commitments page highlighting its eco-conscious vision, and a Concept page dedicated to the maternity suitcase (the brand’s signature product). 

Eshop & products descriptions

For the 4 subpages Girls Collection, Boys Collection, Accessories, and Gift Sets, I created SEO category texts to enhance the website optimization.

I also wrote a series of SEO-optimized product descriptions (e-commerce editorials) for several items in the KANARINE collection. These texts, designed to boost traffic and conversions, showcase the products’ designs, materials, finishes, and the CSR commitments of this luxury baby brand.
