My role is to frame strategy, define priorities and support execution alongside in-house teams and partners. For brands that need both strategic vision and operational clarity, I step in as an external chief marketing officer (CMO) .

I am Justine Grosset, a brand strategy consultant with over 14 years working with luxury and lifestyle brands in France and internationally.
My background was built inside leading luxury maisons, across marketing, product, retail training and customer experience, in demanding and multicultural environments. That immersion gave me a precise understanding of how desirability is constructed, how coherence is sustained, and how performance is measured in this unique sector.
