After graduating from EM Lyon with a degree in luxury marketing, I joined the teams at CHANEL, the flagship of French luxury and Haute Couture. It was there that I fully appreciated the power of storytelling for a luxury brand.\u00a0From the customer strategy department (CRM) to product marketing (as Ready-to-wear and then Jewelry & leather accessories product manager) and in-house retail locations (such as Le Bon March\u00e9 in Paris), I honed my fashion product sensibility and my eye for detail.<\/span><\/p>

As Retail Training & Customer Experience Manager at the French brand THE KOOPLES, I contributed to shaping the seasonal narratives of the collections and ensuring the transmission of brand and product storytelling to international teams, enhancing the customer experience and sales ceremonies.\n\nFollowing an immersion in Swiss watchmaking and jewelry with IWC (Richemont Group), I joined CHLO\u00c9 as Global Director of Training & Customer Experience.<\/p>

Building on these experiences, with a trained eye for the nobility of materials, colors character, or the drape of fabrics, and the architecture of a silhouette, I decided to channel my passion for fashion and strategic expertise in the luxury sector to support established fashion designers and emerging fashion entrepreneurs.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
